The elevator service is frustratingly slow!!! The lack of microwaves in some rooms added unnecessary hassle, especially during busy weekends with no food options!!! Smells of dampness in the hallway indicate serious maintenance issues!!!

I was appalled by the hidden $150 incidental fee upon check-in. Additionally, the elevator situation was a complete disaster—only one slow elevator for the entire hotel was unbelievably frustrating! I can't fathom how they expect guests to comfortably navigate the premises with such inadequate service.

It was just a great match for a momentary pause in Raleigh with reasonable price. The breakfast made to order was a pleasant surprise and delicious. Try to get breakfast included for a real treat!

during my recent weekend getaway, I found it incredibly easy to stroll to Shelley Lake Park, where I enjoyed scenic views and peaceful trails, and also loved being just a short drive from the North Carolina Museum of Art, which showcased stunning exhibits and beautiful grounds.

I stayed here for two nights and had a great time. The staff were friendly and accommodating. During my visit, Theresa at the front desk was efficient and went out of her way to help with everything I needed. I appreciated the nice breakfast options as well. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I enjoyed my time. I’m a fan of road trips, so this stay added to my travels around the U.S.
