Couldn't recommend more for a passing visit
Comfortable king room, friendly staff, where I enjoyed a nice breakfast and found the flat-screen TV perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
No negatives to report.

The staff was really helpful during our stay, though I wish
the air conditioning in our room had worked better. It was uncomfortably warm at times. However, the location was ideal for shopping, and the room itself was spacious and well-decorated.

Proximity to attractions, well-maintained facilities, engaging lobby experience
The elevator service is frustratingly slow!!! The lack of microwaves in some rooms added unnecessary hassle, especially during busy weekends with no food options!!! Smells of dampness in the hallway indicate serious maintenance issues!!!

Highly recommended for a couple's getaway
Had a top-notch experience with some incredible service. The warm cookies they brought to our room were a nice touch and made it feel special.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we received.

Accommodating staff made efforts to help guests.
I was appalled by the hidden $150 incidental fee upon check-in. Additionally, the elevator situation was a complete disaster—only one slow elevator for the entire hotel was unbelievably frustrating! I can't fathom how they expect guests to comfortably navigate the premises with such inadequate service.

I stayed here for two nights and had a great time. The staff were friendly and accommodating. During my visit, Theresa at the front desk was efficient and went out of her way to help with everything I needed. I appreciated the nice breakfast options as well. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I enjoyed my time. I’m a fan of road trips, so this stay added to my travels around the U.S.
The elevator situation was a bit challenging, and the air conditioning in the room was loud at times.
